ベトナム人は決して「組織に酔わない」。
組織のために自分の命を捨てたりしない。
彼らが命を捨てるのは家族のためだけであり、決して他人の集合体である組織などのためではない。
組織の中で、なぜ自分がそこにいるのか、常に覚めた意識を持っている。

私が日本の新卒一括採用のプロセス全体に激しい違和感を感じるのは、
採用側はすでに「組織に泥酔した」人々であり、
学生たちに同様に組織に酔って我を忘れることを要求するからだ。こんな光景は日本以外では絶対に見ることができない。
